Summer Wagner is an artist from the rust belt region of the Midwest, United States. Her work considers the spiritual, ecological and technological feelings pressing a post-industrial world.

Wagner builds narrative worlds captured through lens-based mediums and manifests the image into digital artifacts, installation pieces, and limited editions or single edition prints.

Her theatrical, story-driven pieces blur the line between fantasy and reality and beg the viewer to consider the hidden and subconscious themes layered in each piece of her work and ultimately in everyday life.
